Pre-Owned / CPO Devices

  • 6-month warranty, unless otherwise stated.

Accessories

  • New Accessories: 12-month warranty
  • Pre-Owned Accessories: 6-month warranty

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and qualifying technical faults that occur during the applicable warranty period.

Products returned under warranty may need to be inspected and tested before a warranty claim is approved.

Depending on the circumstances, a qualifying product may be repaired, replaced or refunded.
