Delivery Courier

We offer convenient door-to-door delivery through The Courier Guy.

Delivery Fees

  • Orders below R500: R99 delivery fee
  • Orders of R500 or more: Free delivery
  • Optional insurance, where available, will be charged separately.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Payment must be successfully received and cleared before an order is dispatched.

Orders are generally dispatched once payment has successfully cleared.

Delivery normally takes approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Delivery may take longer because of:

  • Weekends
  • Public holidays
  • Remote-area deliveries
  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High-volume periods
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel where required.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may result in delays or additional delivery charges where applicable.

Packaging & Transit Damage

All products are carefully packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

Customers should inspect their package when received.

If the package appears visibly damaged, customers should notify us as soon as possible and, where possible, provide photographs of the packaging and product.

Delivery Insurance

Optional delivery insurance may be available depending on the courier service and shipment.

Where insurance is offered and selected by the customer, the applicable insurance terms will apply.

The availability and cost of optional insurance will be communicated before it is purchased.

Order Cancellation & Delivery

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may need to follow the applicable return process.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible before delivery.
